If you are wanting a physical Gift Certificate to give as a present, please email us with your E-Voucher code & postal address and we will post it to you free of charge.
All vouchers have a 12 month expiry from date of purchase. If it as an E-Voucher it is only redeemable through our online booking system, you will be given a voucher code when purchased and you enter this code at checkout when booking online and the voucher amount will come off the final balance due. If it is expired you/the person who received it as a present won’t be able to redeem it and we can not give any extensions. If you have a physical Gift Certificate (not an E-Voucher) you will have to book over the phone and the voucher amount will be taken off the final balance on the day. Please note this is your proof of purchase so if it is expired/you lose/forget to bring it on the day of your event, it can not be taken off the final balance due and you will have to pay the difference. Any physical Gift Certificates are posted with Royal Mail Standard Delivery 2nd Class.
